Miss Costa is a Health Consultant & Stress Management expert, qualified with a MSc Clinical Psychology Degree. Upon mentoring & teaching students as an Asst. Professor at Carmel College, she is now pursuing full time practice from her consultancies in Borda & Curtorim, she is also available in Panaji & Ponda. Elsa specialises in therapy & counselling for cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, hormonal, autoimmune, digestive, respiratory or other aches, pains & illnesses for which conventional treatment may not seem to be entirely effective.

She counsels on matters related to anxiety, emotions, thoughts, sleep, mood, stress, relationshis, motivation & other psychological factors. Elsa employs a evidence-based & solution-focused approach to provide transformative interventions to assist you in becoming the version of yourself you wish to become. Her professional goal is to aid in improving both your physical & mental health, which science says is one.

She believes that our mind works in synchrony with the body. The attention and emphasis on our physical health are to be supplemented with a dialogue on mental health with equal priority, which is the goal and essence of her philosophy.

Her primary focus is on individuals between the ages of 18 to 70 who do not have any psychiatric condition but are struggling none the less.
