She is an experienced Psychological Counsellor with an extensive background in healthcare. She has done over fifteen hundred cases, primarily related to premarital/Marriage/relationship counseling, family therapy, couples therapy, de-addiction counseling, as well as general individual counseling with a focus on depression, anxiety, sleep & eating disorders and sexual problems.
She is trained in specialized therapeutic techniques such as REBT, Art-based therapy, dance movement therapy, drama therapy, play therapy and Indian Psychology – Yoga & Yoganidra.
She is also a trained MBTI practitioner and has conducted workshops for team building, competency mapping and performance & efficiency enhancement.
Her primary focus is on individuals between the ages of 18 to 70 who do not have any psychiatric condition but are struggling none the less.
